PTSA’s Annual ‘Fore the Kids’ Golf Tournament took place on Friday, May 6th at Applewood Golf Course, raising a whopping $28,000! Funds raised from the Golf Tournament will help to expand WWE’s STEM program and support our community.
WWE’s STEM teacher, Ms. McCann will work to get the new STEM lab set up for the students’ return in the fall. Great job, golf committee on another fun day ‘fore’ the kids! Recap 2021: On May 7th nearly 120 golfers, several WWE family-owned businesses, local businesses, and many volunteers came out to support WWE’s ‘Fore the Kids’ Golf Tournament. It was a fun day that wrapped up with the culmination of WWE’s silent auction! The auction gained traction all week leading up to the tournament and into the evening with many happy bidders going home with fantastic items.
This year’s “Fore the Kids” Golf Tournament and Auction raised more than $28,000! These funds will be donated back to WWE to purchase new classroom smartboards and outdoor tables. This is part of a three-year plan to install new smartboards in each classroom.

Mileage Club - We walk (and run) all winter!
Despite the chilly temps recently, historically we have many nice weather days in January and February - which means Mileage Club takes place each Wednesday year-round! The kids love getting the chance to move their bodies mid-week and complete laps. We would love your help to monitor the course and keep our kids happy and safe. Sign-up HERE (hand warmers included)!
