Connect with local families and grow your business with West Woods Elementary. As a WWE PTSA Sponsor, your business will reach over 540 students, their families and 80+ staff members. Our 26/27 Sponsor Packet will be available in June.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are recognized as a charitable contribution and may qualify as a tax deduction.

Our PTSA is committed to promoting children’s health, well-being, and educational success through strong parent, family, and community involvement. Sponsorship funds go towards academic programs like field trips, special events such as Field Day and 5th Grade Continuation, as well as school renovations.

We offer annual packages, which give our sponsors special perks, like being listed on our Sponsor Directory. Businesses can also purchase à la carte options like a Friday Folder Flyer or a 1 month Marquee Ad. Our event committees also sell advertising opportunities throughout the year. How to Become a Sponsor:

• Mail the signed form and a check to the address provided (please see Sponsor Form)
  
  
• Sponsorship contracts for the 25/26 academic year will end on May 31st 2026.
  
  
• Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, links, ads, flyers, swag and other marketing materials.
