This handy tool helps you discover your child’s teachers and staff members' favorite things, making it easy to show appreciation anytime—whether for Teacher Appreciation Week, holidays, or just because! Each form also includes ways you can lend a hand - so if you’re able to offer support, it would be greatly appreciated!

Unlock the Magic: Pages with the Pack is Back!
Pages with the Pack is our biggest fundraiser of the year, where kids are encouraged to read as much as they can over eight fun-filled days. They’ll have the chance to earn awesome prizes for both minutes read and dollars raised. Let’s make this the best readathon yet!
Here’s the challenge: if we reach 50% registration by January 22nd, we’ll earn a special read-in event on January 31st. Don’t miss out—sign up now and help us hit our goal!
We can’t wait to see how much our amazing readers achieve this year!

Introducing the New WWE Sensory Library
We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new resource: the Sensory Library!
This innovative project provides teachers with a collection of tools to support diverse learning needs in their classrooms, helping every student thrive in their own unique way.
The Sensory Library includes items like wiggle discs, noise-reducing headphones, weighted lap pads, fidgets, chair bands, pencil grips, and more. These tools empower teachers to create flexible, supportive learning environments tailored to their students’ individual needs.
A huge thank you to the PTSA for making this project a reality and supporting our students and teachers! And a HUGE THANK YOU to Sara Hill for making this happen for our kids!

Community Rewards: Milk Caps for Mooola
We collect milk caps from Longmont Dairy!
1. Drink Longmont Dairy products like Milk, Chocolate Milk, Lemonade, and more!
2. Save your eligible caps in a bag. Ask family and neighbors to help, too!
3. Send caps to school with your student. Drop them off at the front desk (no drop box available).

Staff Appreciation
What an incredible week of treats for our amazing WWE staff! A huge thank-you to all the families who donated food—our staff loved discovering delicious treats and gifts in the lounge each day.
We also deeply appreciate the families who donated money for gift cards, supporting seven local restaurants. Staff were thrilled to choose their own gift card and were incredibly grateful. Thank you to everyone who made this week so special!

- Red Silo Coffee Company for providing coffee on Monday.
- Mary Keener, a harpist, filled the lunchroom with beautiful Nutcracker Ballet and other holiday music on Thursday.
- Welby Gardens for gifting each staff member a stunning 6-gallon poinsettia to enjoy over the break.

Semper Elementary Staff Appreciation
Exciting news: West Woods has a new partnership with Semper Elementary!
On Tuesday, December 17, we had the joy of spreading some holiday cheer to the Semper staff. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing West Woods community, they enjoyed donuts and coffee from Dunkin' along with a thoughtful holiday gift.

Wish Your WWE Student a Happy Birthday
Wish your student "Happy Birthday!" on WWE's marquee (located off of 72nd Ave). The message will rotate throughout the day of your choice. Messages need to be requested TWO weeks prior to when you want the message posted. If you don't schedule it two weeks out, PTSA cannot guarantee it will post.
Cost is $20 with all funds going back to WWE.

PTSA Volunteer Expense Reimbursements
PTSA appreciates our volunteers that dedicate their time to help support our programs and events all year long! Please remember that if you have PTSA expenses, e.g., class party supplies, fundraiser event supplies, etc. to get reimbursed!
A Few Rules of the Road:
- Turn in the expense reimbursement form within 30 days of the expense
- Attach your receipts to the expense reimbursement form
- Have your committee chairperson sign/approve the expense (chairperson contact list)
- Turn the signed expense form into PTSA Treasurer, Joe Southern's PTSA box in the front office

Mileage Club Updates! The beloved Wellness Wednesday activity is back! During lunch recess, students can choose to walk, jog, or run the Mileage Club lap course.
