Please enter in your business web address for digital displays.

Please submit a full-color version of your logo. This will be used for digital promotions, color print materials, and our website. For the best results, please submit your logo in one of the following formats:

• .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• .PDF (Portable Document Format – Note: This should be a PDF generated directly from design software, not a JPEG saved as a PDF.)

If you don't have a vector file and can only provide a standard image file like a .PNG or .JPG, it must be high resolution (at least 300 DPI).

If you have difficulty uploading your file or have questions about what kind of graphics we accept, please email wwesponsor@gmail.com.

Please submit a completely solid version of your logo, preferably all black or all white with a transparent background. This is required for screen-printing on our event apparel.

• The Sponsor Agreement Form applies to the 2026–2027 academic year and will expire on May 31, 2027.
  
  

• Annual Sponsorship is not considered complete until payment has been received by the PTSA. Once your agreement and payment are received, we will confirm receipt via email.
  
  

• Sponsors are responsible for providing all required materials, including logos, links, flyers, swag, and any other marketing or promotional assets needed for inclusion in PTSA communications or events.
  
  

• Annual Sponsorship does not constitute or imply an endorsement by West Woods Elementary or the WWE PTSA. Sponsors should avoid any language that implies preference, ranking, or affiliation (for example, “West Woods Elementary’s favorite dentist” or similar phrasing).
  
  

• School or PTSA logos may not be used on sponsor marketing materials unless explicitly approved in writing.
  
  

• The PTSA does not support or promote messaging that suggests favoritism toward specific teachers, staff, classrooms, or programs (e.g., “favorite teacher” endorsements or comparable claims).
  
  

• PTSA events, programs, and promotional opportunities are subject to change or cancellation due to factors including, but not limited to, weather, venue availability, volunteer availability, and funding considerations.
