26/27 WWE PTSA Annual Sponsorship Agreement

Thank you for your interest in becoming an annual WWE PTSA sponsor.

 

Annual Sponsorship gets your business exclusive access to our Friday Folders, a logo with link on our online sponsor directory, and logo on the school spirit shirts!

 

You will also receive year round exposure with a weekly marquee spotlight, advertisement in our PTSA newsletter, and regularly scheduled flyers.

 

Becoming an annual sponsors gets you the most exposure. Your business will be displayed at Run with the Wolves, Fore the Kids Golf Tournament, Pages with the Pack read-a-thon, and Field Day.

 

Before completing our sponsorship agreement, please review our packages.

  • Annual Sponsorship is not complete until payment is received by the PTSA. 

  • Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, links, and deliverables including flyers and swag. 

  • Annual Sponsorship does not imply endorsement by West Woods Elementary or the PTSA. 

  • Sponsors should not include implied endorsement on promotional materials (ex: West Woods Elementary's favorite dentist / West Woods Elementary's top choice dance school.) 

  • Please no not include the school or PTSA logos on promotional materials.

  • PTSA events can be cancelled and dates are subject to change for reasons including, but not limited to, weather, venue availability, and cost.
